monday:
4 miles

tuesday:
ran 2.5 with the pups, wasnt enough.. went to the gym and did another fast 3
total 5.5 miles

wednesday:
7 miles

felt okay, hamstrings are freaking killing me still so it took about 2.5 miles to loosen up
the last 2 miles were the hardest.
did 200m sprints for a mile btween the 4th & 5th to break it up

tonights PLAN is to run outside since its going to be GORG
hoping to complete 7.6

new months total = 125.6 (as of march 21st)

not exactly what i was hoping for & i need to do an average of 7.6 miles a day (without a day off!) to hit my 200 miles…

i’m going to try but if i don’t get it done i’m not gonna sweat it.
if i get to 150 by the end of the month ill be a happy girl :)
